Art Knights is a method and a collection of tools for creative exploration, reflection and personal growth. We believe in giving practitioners more ways to work, explore and learn — without claiming to have all the answers.
We do not promise specific outcomes or present ourselves as healers, gurus or a substitute for professional qualifications. We offer a method, practical resources and room for practitioners to make them their own within their existing professional scope. ⚜️
Another tool for your practice. A world of possibilities to explore. You already have your own skills, experience and ways of working with people. Art Knights offers another way to bring creativity, reflection and self-exploration into your practice.

ABOUT ART KNIGHTS & THE GRIMOIRE
Art Knights is a creative, reflective framework for exploring ourselves, our experiences and the possibilities for personal growth.
It brings together a distinctive world of ideas, exercises, reflective prompts and practical tools. It offers practitioners another way to engage the people they work with, complementing their existing skills and approaches.
Think of it as another tool in your professional toolkit — one that invites curiosity, creativity and reflection.
No. Art Knights is not positioned as a therapy programme, nor does it replace professional therapy, counselling or other established approaches.
It offers a method and a collection of tools for exploration and reflection. Practitioners are responsible for using these resources appropriately within their existing training, professional boundaries and scope of practice.
No. We do not promise healing, breakthroughs, transformation or any particular outcome.
People have different experiences, perspectives and needs. Art Knights provides tools and opportunities for exploration; what people discover or take away from that experience is their own.
Art Knights is designed for people who enjoy exploring ideas, creativity, self-reflection and personal growth.
Our Practitioner programmes are intended for professionals who already have relevant training or experience, including therapists, counsellors, coaches, mentors, trainers and others working in the soft-skills or personal-development space.
Art Knights brings its tools together within a distinctive world of exploration.
Rather than offering only a collection of standalone activities, the Art Knights Grimoire connects ideas, exercises, reflective prompts, concepts and structured journeys. Practitioners can explore different resources and discover ways to incorporate suitable elements into their existing work.
It is a different way to approach your toolkit — not a claim that it is better than every other method.
No. You do not need to be a professional artist to explore creative activities and reflective prompts.
The emphasis is on exploration rather than artistic performance. The value lies in engaging with the activity and what it invites you to consider, rather than producing something that looks impressive.
The Grimoire is the extensive resource library at the heart of the Art Knights experience.
It brings together articles, exercises, art and journaling prompts, concepts, assessments and other resources designed to support exploration and continued learning.
Think of the Practitioner programme as an introduction to the method, and the Grimoire as a resource you can continue returning to long after the training ends.
The Grimoire brings together several areas of exploration:
The Art Knights Method: The underlying approach that guides the Art Knights experience.
Quests: Structured journeys that help organise exploration around a particular theme or purpose.
Inner Citadel: A space for exploring and understanding different aspects of the self.
Healing Way: An area within the Art Knights world containing resources for personal exploration. Its name does not imply a promise of healing or a therapeutic outcome.
Grand Armoury: A collection of tools and resources to draw upon.
Sacred Code: An area exploring the principles and ideas that form part of the Art Knights world.
Together, these areas offer different ways to navigate the Grimoire according to your interests and needs.
The Grimoire has been developed as a substantial library rather than a small collection of worksheets.
Its content base has included more than 500 articles and exercises, over 300 art and journaling prompts, more than 20 concepts and at least three assessments.
The exact content and available resources may evolve as the Grimoire develops.
You can explore the resources and identify activities or ideas that complement your existing work.
Depending on your professional role, the resources may help you introduce a reflective exercise, offer a different way to explore a topic, or provide ideas for structuring an activity.
You remain responsible for deciding what is suitable for the people you work with and how to use it appropriately.
The Grimoire is a resource library, not a single programme that must be delivered from beginning to end.
It contains different tools and pathways for exploration. Practitioner access allows you to draw on the resources within your existing work, subject to the applicable usage terms.
The right to conduct The Knight’s Journal is a separate benefit associated with completing the Pro Practitioner pathway.
No. The Grimoire is designed as a resource for ongoing exploration, rather than a checklist that you must complete from beginning to end.
You can explore the areas that are relevant to your interests and return to other resources as your practice and experience develop.
Grimoire access is included in the Practitioner programme. The duration of access, access arrangements and any applicable usage conditions will be specified in the programme terms.
Access to the Grimoire does not automatically mean that its materials may be copied, redistributed, republished or shared with others.
Please refer to the applicable usage terms for what you may download, reproduce or use in your professional work.
The Grimoire contains resources for exploration and reflection, and practitioners may find them useful for their own continued learning as well as their professional development.
The Practitioner programme, however, is designed around introducing the Art Knights Method to people with relevant professional training or experience.
PRACTITIONER &
PRO PRACTITIONER PROGRAMS
The Art Knights Practitioner programme is a two-day introduction to the Art Knights Method.
It is designed for professionals who want to explore an additional approach to their existing work, discover practical tools and activities, and gain access to the Art Knights Grimoire.
The aim is straightforward: to expand your toolkit and give you resources that you can continue exploring beyond the programme.
You should meet at least one of the following entry requirements:
Have training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).
Have a background in therapy or counselling.
Have completed at least two years of training in soft skills.
These prerequisites are intended to ensure that participants have a relevant foundation on which to build.
If you have NLP training or meet the two-year soft-skills training requirement, you may be eligible.
The programme is intended to complement existing professional skills rather than replace the training needed for your current role.
You do not necessarily need a therapy qualification. NLP training or at least two years of soft-skills training is an alternative route to eligibility.
If your background does not fit neatly into these categories, contact the Art Knights team to clarify whether you meet the entry requirements.
The programme introduces you to the Art Knights Method and its practical applications.
You will have the opportunity to explore the approach, become familiar with the resources available through the Grimoire, and consider how suitable tools might complement your existing practice.
The programme is intended to give you a foundation for continued exploration, rather than suggest that two days can replace years of professional training.
The key benefit is access to the Art Knights Grimoire, together with the learning and experience gained during the two-day programme.
You will have an additional method to explore and a substantial resource library to return to as you continue developing your practice.
No. Completing the Practitioner programme does not, by itself, grant you the right to conduct The Knight’s Journal.
If you wish to conduct that workshop, you must progress to the Pro Practitioner pathway and complete its required components.
The Pro Practitioner programme is the next step for people who have completed the Art Knights Practitioner programme and wish to conduct The Knight’s Journal.
It combines the Practitioner foundation with first-hand participation in The Knight’s Journal and a dedicated half-day session to unpack the experience, review the process and ask questions.
The purpose is to help you become familiar with the workshop before taking on the role of facilitating it yourself.
You must first complete the Art Knights Practitioner programme.
You must then attend The Knight’s Journal and participate in the required half-day unpacking, review and Q&A session.
These components form the pathway to obtaining the right to conduct The Knight’s Journal.
Experiencing the workshop as a participant gives you first-hand familiarity with the experience you will later facilitate.
It allows you to understand the flow of the workshop from the participant's perspective, rather than relying only on written instructions or an explanation of the activities.
The session gives you time to revisit The Knight’s Journal experience, discuss the process, clarify questions and explore the reasoning behind its different elements.
It is an opportunity to deepen your understanding of the workshop and prepare for your role in conducting it.
The defining additional benefit is the right to conduct The Knight’s Journal, subject to the applicable programme and usage terms.
This is distinct from the Practitioner programme, which provides access to the Grimoire and introduces you to the Art Knights Method.
The Pro Practitioner pathway is intended to authorise you to conduct The Knight’s Journal. The precise conditions for independent delivery, commercial fees, marketing and use of the Art Knights name will be governed by the applicable authorisation terms.
Please refer to those terms before advertising or organising a workshop independently.
No such right is automatically conferred by the Pro Practitioner designation.
The programme grants the specified right to conduct The Knight’s Journal. Any additional rights, such as training other practitioners or granting authorisation to others, would require separate permission.
No. Completion of the Art Knights Practitioner programme is a prerequisite for the Pro Practitioner pathway.
This establishes the foundation required before progressing to The Knight’s Journal and the review session.
Choose Practitioner if you want to explore the Art Knights Method, expand your existing toolkit and gain access to the Grimoire.
Choose Pro Practitioner if you have completed the Practitioner programme and want to take the additional steps required to conduct The Knight’s Journal.
The programmes serve different purposes. Pro Practitioner is not simply a longer version of Practitioner; it includes an additional right.
If you sign up for Pro (before first attending the Practitioner program) your course program would be RM2,000 (a savings of RM488)
PROFESSIONAL BOUNDARIES & USING ART KNIGHTS
No. The Art Knights Practitioner programme does not confer a therapy, counselling or art-therapy qualification.
It introduces you to an additional method and provides access to resources that complement your existing professional background.
You should continue to represent your qualifications and professional credentials accurately.
Art Knights does not position its practitioners as therapists or healers simply because they have completed the programme.
Please describe your Art Knights training accurately and continue to use only the professional titles for which you are appropriately qualified.
No. Art Knights is intended to complement your existing professional skills and approaches.
You decide where it fits within your work and remain responsible for maintaining the standards, responsibilities and boundaries associated with your profession.
No. Art Knights does not authorise practitioners to promise healing, breakthroughs or specific personal outcomes.
You may explain the purpose of an activity or the opportunities it offers for reflection, but you should avoid guaranteeing what another person will experience or achieve.
Yes. Your professional judgement remains essential.
You should consider the person's needs, circumstances and suitability for the activity, and work within your own training, competence and professional boundaries.
If a situation requires support outside your competence, follow the appropriate professional procedures for your role.
The Practitioner programme is intended to help you explore tools that may complement your existing work.
However, access to the Grimoire does not automatically grant unrestricted permission to reproduce, distribute or commercially deliver Art Knights materials. Your use must follow the applicable usage terms.
The Knight’s Journal has its own additional requirements and cannot be treated as an ordinary collection of Grimoire activities.
The resources may offer ideas for different settings, depending on the activity and your professional role.
You are responsible for choosing appropriate activities and adapting your approach to the people and setting involved. The specific rights attached to the Practitioner and Pro Practitioner programmes still apply.
You are not expected to use every tool simply because it is available.
Explore the resources thoughtfully, ask questions when clarification is needed, and use your professional judgement when deciding whether an activity is appropriate for your work.
No programme can guarantee how someone will perform in every situation.
The training gives you an opportunity to learn, explore and prepare. Your ongoing practice, judgement, preparation and ability to work within appropriate professional boundaries remain important.
