Art heals twice: once for the maker, once for the receiver.
At The Art Knights, social impact is at the heart of what we do. We believe art is more than a skill—it is a language of care, connection, and change. Our social impact efforts are driven by the belief that creativity should be accessible to everyone, regardless of age or circumstance. By engaging with the community through art, we create spaces where people feel seen, valued, and empowered to express themselves. These initiatives allow us to give back with intention—using art to nurture well-being, spark joy, and strengthen human connection—because when creativity is shared, it has the power to heal, unite, and uplift lives.
Arty Tuesday is a heartfelt initiative by The Art Knights, created especially for our seniors aged 55 and above. Every Tuesday, from 2pm to 4pm; our doors open to welcome them into a safe, joyful, and creative space—where they can paint, explore colours, and express themselves; free of charge.
Art has a gentle yet powerful way of nurturing the mind and soul. Through painting, our seniors enjoy moments of calm, improved focus, and renewed confidence, while keeping their hands active and their hearts engaged. More importantly, Arty Tuesday offers connection—reducing isolation, encouraging conversation, and creating a sense of belonging through shared creativity.
By offering Arty Tuesday, The Art Knights is honoured to make a meaningful social impact within our community— cherishing our elders, supporting mental and emotional well-being, and building a space where age is celebrated, creativity is timeless, and everyone feels seen and valued.
#ArtisLove is a collective act of kindness by The Art Knights, where we create and gift original artworks to homes and shelters—turning everyday spaces into cheerful, colourful places filled with warmth and hope. Because art matters. It helps us feel, heals gently, and sparks joy and curiosity in the heart.
Every first Tuesday of the month, we gather to paint for #ArtisLove—sharing brushes, stories, laughter, and lots of learning along the way. It’s not just a painting session; it’s a celebration of creativity, connection, and giving back.
Homes, welfare centres and shelters can contact us if they want artworks to liven up their space.
