These terms and conditions govern your participation in workshops offered by The Art Knights. By registering for a workshop, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your spot in a workshop. All workshop bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Cancellation by Participant:
21 or more days prior to workshop start date: You may receive a full refund of your payment.
7-20 days prior to workshop start date: You may receive a 50% refund.
Less than 7 days prior to workshop start date: No refunds will be issued. We cannot offer a refund or transfer for cancellations made within this period due to the limited number of spots and our preparation costs.
No-Shows: If you do not attend the workshop without prior notification, we will forfeit your full payment.
Cancellation by The Art Knights: In the unlikely event that we must cancel a workshop due to instructor illness, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered a full refund or a transfer to a future workshop date of your choice.
To ensure a positive and safe environment for all, participants are expected to:
Treat instructors and other participants with respect.
Handle all tools, materials, and equipment with care.
Refrain from any disruptive or unsafe behaviour. We reserve the right to remove any participant who is being disruptive without a refund.
All necessary art supplies for the workshop will be provided unless otherwise stated in the workshop description. The Art Knights is not responsible for any personal belongings brought to the workshop, including but not limited to artwork, bags, or personal electronic devices.
All workshop content, including lesson plans, techniques, and handouts, are the intellectual property of The Art Knights. Participants are welcome to use the skills and techniques learned to create their own artwork, but they may not reproduce, sell, or distribute our workshop content. You may take photos of your own artwork and the creative process, but please ask for permission before taking photos of other participants' work.
By participating in a workshop, you acknowledge that you are using tools and materials that may pose a risk of injury. You agree to waive all claims against The Art Knights, its instructors, and employees for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss that may occur during the workshop.
By attending a workshop, you grant The Art Knights permission to use any photos or videos taken during the event for marketing and promotional purposes on our website, social media, and other materials. If you do not wish to be included, please notify us in writing before the workshop begins.
By registering for and participating in a workshop, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
